Board approves MOUs with YMCA, state agency and vendor contracts for FY26

Trustees voted Sept. 9 to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the YMCA Go Club and with the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitative Services, and to approve FY26 contracts with Securely and OKTLE.
The Okmulgee Board of Education approved multiple partnerships and vendor contracts for FY26 at its Sept. 9 meeting. Trustees unanimously approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the YMCA Go Club and a separate MOU with the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitative Services. The board also approved a memorandum with registered nurse Vanessa Phillips for the school year.
In addition to MOUs, trustees approved contracts with two vendors: Securely and OKTLE. Those contract approvals were passed by recorded vote and carry through the FY26 fiscal year for the services described in the agreements as presented to the board.
