Township awaits Holly Road NPDES revisions; Keystone Homes to build 749 Congo Rd

At the May 26 meeting staff reported that the Holly Road subdivision is awaiting Final Plan revisions tied to NPDES permitting, stormwater calculations and outstanding traffic concerns. Interim Manager David Thompson said he will contact Gambone to re-evaluate the intersection study now that Voltronex purchased the Hollenbach building, noting that the change in ownership "maybe PennDot's evaluation of that intersection has changed."
Separately, Mr. Thompson reported that Keystone Homes will be the builder for the 749 Congo Road development. No votes or approvals for these items were taken at the Planning Agency meeting; both projects remain in the staff-review pipeline.
