The Town of Middletown Planning Commission convened on May 11, 2026, at 7:11 p.m. in the town council chambers and adopted the agenda by unanimous motion. Commissioner Jennifer Favela moved to approve the agenda as presented; Commissioner Cornelia Hodson seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The minutes list three commissioners present (Cornelia Hodson, Anthony Boring and Jennifer Favela) and two staff members (Amanda Kerns, Senior Planner, NSVRC; and Town Manager Les Morefield). After adopting the agenda the commission addressed unfinished business, moved to recommend the Comprehensive Plan Update to the Town Council and then Chairman Anthony Boring adjourned the meeting at 7:12 p.m.
