The motion, seconded by Select Person William (Bill) Cleary, passed by roll call (4 Aye).
Select Person Emma Green-Beach advised the board they had already signed a payroll warrant (27-02PAY) dated 07.23.2026 for $84,289.70. The minutes show no public discussion or dissent on amounts; the warrants and associated backup were included in the meeting documents attached to the record.
