Pawnee board approves Chromebooks, inspections and site work totaling multiple bids

During the June 23 meeting the Pawnee Board approved several facility and equipment purchases. The board voted to accept a $75,000 quote from Craigs PC to purchase 200 Chromebooks for the high school.
The board also approved a $2,500 quote from Stud 2 Stud Property Inspections, LLC for a property inspection at the middle school, a $6,800 quote from Pawnee Ready Mix for a new parking pad and sidewalk, and a $4,200 quote from Grimsley’s for a new floor machine to be used at the high school. Motions on these items were moved and seconded as recorded and passed by roll call among present members.
Separately, the board declared outdated technology equipment surplus to allow disposal or sale of older devices as new technology is deployed.
