Montrose council adopts wards and voting precinct map in second reading

The Montrose City Council approved the second reading and adoption of ORD 2025‑003 (Boundaries, Wards and Voting Precincts) at the Aug. 12 meeting. Council Member Scheff moved for approval and Council Member Hanisch seconded; the motion (Action 25‑120) carried on a unanimous roll call.
The ordinance includes an attached ward map that the minutes note was part of the materials. The council recorded no opposition and no amendments during the second reading; the action was processed as a standard second reading adoption in accordance with council procedure.
