"that Resolution No. 01-26 be adopted in the matter of the District participating in the AmeriCorps Program for the 2025-2026 grant year and accepting fiduciary responsibility of the operation of the AmeriCorps Program," the motion recorded in the minutes said.
The board vote was recorded by name: Mr. Pedro Martinez — Aye; Mr. Velasquez — Aye; Mr. Felipe Martinez — Aye; Mr. Ruiz — Aye; Mr. Lara — Aye; Mrs. Berry — Absent; Mrs. Durbin — Aye. The resolution enables the district to apply for and, if awarded, manage AmeriCorps grant funds under district fiduciary oversight.
