"Moved by Mr. Felipe Martinez, seconded by Mr. Ruiz, that the minutes of the July 24, 2025 regular meeting be approved; that the minutes of the July 24, 2025 special meeting be approved; that Payroll Orders for July 2025 in the amount of $9,745,215.87 be approved; that the Total Payments Report for July 2025 be ratified; that Purchase Orders from July 17, 2025 through August 8, 2025 be ratified; that the revised Out-of-County Field Trip Requests be ratified; that the Surplus Sale of Student Nutrition Services Vehicles be approved; that the Notices of Completion for the New Metal Storage Building Projects be approved; and that Personnel Report No. 02-26 be approved," the motion recorded in the minutes said.
Board minutes record that the motion carried with all six members present voting aye. The consent agenda also included ratification of revised out-of-county field trips and notices of completion for new metal storage building projects; a certificate of recognition was to be forwarded to retiree Clayton Turner as noted in the Personnel Report.
