Board asks about sidewalk infill when TxDOT widens FM 2499; staff points to public-works coordination

Phil added that Scott Christian, director of public works, "will be working with him directly" on those sidewalk infill conversations and that the city is aware of the board's desire for infill within city limits. The staff presentation also noted that trail gaps and priority connections are documented in the trails master plan update and that staff can provide further direction or targeted updates on specific areas for board consideration and grant alignment.
Board members asked staff to provide a listing of trail gaps throughout the city (not only prioritized projects) so they can consider using remaining CDC funds for infill work or coordinate with future grant opportunities.
