Council adopts city personnel policy as starting point for hiring Magna staff

The council approved the personnel policy with the understanding the holiday section (Article 10, Section 6) would be amended for consistency with MSD and Article 13 would be revised to assign oversight authority to the city manager. The vote passed by voice vote.
