A member moved that, “based upon the application and the related documents and information provided by the applicant, the written oral comments of the applicant, reviewing officials and public members of the public, as reflected in the public record, the planning board finds that the subdivision amendment application for 12 Cedar Street satisfies the applicable standards of Lisbon's land use ordinance and therefore approve the application.” The motion passed 5-0.
Board members noted a drainage-easement revision recommended by a staff engineer and said that documentation of the town-council sale approval had been included in the submission. The board directed staff to file the approval and to ensure the final plat includes the drainage easement language discussed during the meeting.
