Borough Manager Cindy Wells reported the borough’s ARPA balance as $194,413, with $160,000 designated for the Willow Street Bridge and $25,000 of that already spent, leaving a cited balance of $59,413.
Councilor Joyce moved to approve the use of ARPA funds for the stormwater repairs and Councilor Steadman seconded; the motion carried. The funds will cover the stormwater costs and repairs necessary to address runoff and the catch-basin closure described by borough staff. The council’s action authorizes staff to proceed with payment for the work identified in the September financial summaries.
