Council members asked whether the city can comment on future model-standard changes; staff explained municipalities may participate in the broader code-change process and noted the state requires local compliance with the most recent published model. Councilman Bradley moved to approve the amendments to the specified sections of the municipal standard specifications; Vice Mayor Henderson seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
