PURA adopts consent calendars for 19 dockets and appoints presiding officers

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority adopted two consent calendars during its July 29, 2026 meeting: Part B (17 final decisions) and Part C (two appointments of presiding officers in proceedings).
Chairman Tom Wheel moved through the consent agenda, thanked the Office of Education, Outreach and Enforcement for its weekly work, and the panel adopted Items 1'17 on Part B and Items 1' on Part C by roll call. The clerk called the roll for each consent motion and every commissioner recorded a yes vote.
The Part C items designate presiding officers for two dockets; the meeting record notes panels assigned to those items have designated presiding officers as listed in the dockets. The Authority adjourned and scheduled its next regular meeting for Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026 at 9 a.m. by remote teleconference.
