City recommends UP Construction for 812 James Avenue street repairs; funding available

Public Works reported deterioration at 812 James Avenue that requires removal and replacement of failed street panels and some curb and gutter. Jason Stordahl said he solicited two quotes and recommended UP Construction as the low bidder.
"I'm recommending that we go with UP Construction for the repair and we do have funding available in our street reconstruction budget," Stordahl said. The council had no questions and the item will move forward to the consent/approval agenda for formal action in a future meeting.
