Board approves grouped finance, facilities, curriculum and personnel items; RFQ for attorneys drew at least one objection
Summary
Board motions approved multiple grouped agenda blocks: F1–F14 (with a board member noting they opposed the RFQ for outside legal counsel within that block), facilities FL1–FL2, curriculum CP1/CP3/CP4/CP5, and personnel P1–P19; the HIB report and meeting minutes were also adopted.
At the June 10 workshop the board approved several grouped agenda items by motion and roll-call vote. Mister O'Fano made the motion to approve finance items F1–F14 as a block; the motion was seconded, and roll-call votes were taken. One member later clarified they intended to vote 'no' on the portion of the block that would go out to RFQ for attorneys but 'yes' on other items within the block.
The board also approved facilities items FL1 and FL2, curriculum items CP1, CP3, CP4, and CP5, and personnel items P1–P19 by motion and roll call. The board adopted meeting minutes and the previously reported HIB report. There was little discussion recorded during the votes, and most items were approved without amendment.
