Chair updated the board on the 717 Main Street building, reporting a string of completed projects and next steps. He said owners had restored the building’s water connection to Rochester water, completed interior drywall and plaster repairs, procured lighting fixtures and flooring, installed cameras and motion lights for surveillance, and prepared an auxiliary structure drawing for submission.
Chair said the owners listed additional projects and expect to dedicate most of July to further work. He also noted that owners indicated interest in selling the property and asked staff to pass contact information for potential buyers to the owners. The board recorded the update but took no formal action on the property at the meeting.
