The lieutenant described a targeted enforcement approach for app‑rented scooters after board members raised concerns about children riding rentable devices without age verification. "One person purchases the application to get those scooters, and then people get on them," he said, and said officers will increase informational stops during night watch. On emergency response routing for landslides, Seguccio asked residents to tell dispatch whether incidents are east or west of Forest Ridgeway so officers arrive via the correct side of Tantalus/ Round Top. The board requested a six‑month trend analysis of crime numbers for the next meeting; Seguccio agreed to bring data back.
