MSD updates sidewalks, Main Street concerns and multi‑year road projects

MSD said it is withholding final payment until punch‑list items are fixed and proposed a site workshop so council and staff can walk the corridor and identify seam and cold‑joint concerns. "If the concern is the seam there, we can ... clearly seal the seam," MSD said, and council requested MSD return with options to address both structural and aesthetic issues.
