District staff described plans to consolidate multiple third-party platforms into Infinite Campus to improve families' user experience and reduce duplicate systems. Items discussed for near-term rollout included integration of pickup/dismissal tools (previously provided by Pickup Patrol), campus payments for fees such as parking, viewing schedules and eHall Pass integration; high-school features and some portal functions were expected to be available within days or weeks.
Staff said as of last week "we only had about 38 percent of the students with a guardian that had app access" and pledged additional outreach to raise that number. The administration said some high-school payment features (parking sign-up and $100 fee assignment) would appear in the portal within the next week and that Elementary schedules would push out August 17; families were urged to confirm portal accounts before school starts.
