The chair moved to approve the agenda and a board member seconded; the motion carried. Later the chair moved to approve the consent agenda, which was also seconded and approved by voice vote. At the meeting's close the chair moved to adjourn, the motion was seconded, and the board adjourned the special meeting.
The board announced its next regular meeting is scheduled for Aug. 10, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the same room. No public comment or additional substantive items were recorded outside agenda item 7.1 and the Nexus training discussion during this special meeting.
