BCA to use simple camera and Bose speaker; Zoom audio worked in prior meeting

The Clerk said she brought the old camera and that Matt provided a Bose speaker; she said the compact setup worked well the previous year and allowed both in-room participants and Zoom attendees to hear proceedings. "People in the room could hear," she said, adding she could record and later produce the minutes rather than taking them in real time.
Members agreed to the simpler configuration because they lacked the technical support to operate a more complex integrated system this year. The Clerk asked members to stand at the microphone so remote listeners would be picked up clearly.
