Library renovation moves forward; board reviews change order and donation of railings

A local resident, Dan Query, has offered to donate metal railings for the handicap ramp and exterior stairs; trustees described that as a credit toward the contract but said installation still must be arranged.
Trustees noted the auxiliary heating system remains to be finalized and that early discussions on potential donations and pledges could help cover a heating option that has been informally estimated at about $30,000. The board signed the paperwork presented and asked staff to route the clean signed copies to the contractor and file clerk.
