Chamber to commission interactive digital walking map of Rogue River

Councilor Barb Hilty reported Dec. 18 that the Rogue River Chamber of Commerce voted to hire a company to develop an interactive digital walking map of Rogue River.
According to the minutes, the map "will include all businesses, non-profit organizations, recreational areas, and out-of-town locations. There will be monthly charge to have a pop-up box on the map." Hilty also said Christmas-decoration planning for 2026 will involve meetings between the Chamber and the city, and that the next Chamber meeting is on Jan. 8, 2026 at Columbia Bank.
