The Rogue River City Council voted unanimously on Feb. 26 to adopt Ordinance 26-445-O, which replaces Chapter 5.15 of the City of Rogue River Municipal Code and revises the city’s liquor-licensing processing procedure. Councilor Grace Howell moved the ordinance, Councilor Barb Gregory seconded, and the vote was recorded as Davis yes; Howell yes; Hilty yes; Moss yes; Gregory yes.
Council discussion preceded the vote but the minutes record no amendments to the text during the meeting. The ordinance replaces the city’s prior Chapter 5.15 and establishes the updated procedure for processing liquor-license applications under the city code.
