The Listers recommended applying to the State’s Commercial Appraisal and Litigation Assistance Program (CALAP) to assist with re-appraising Magic Mountain for the town’s 2028 re-appraisal; the board approved participation and authorized the Selectboard Chair to sign any necessary documents. If the CALAP application is denied, the town’s existing contract with NEMRC will cover the appraisal.
