Stevens & Associates signed off on remaining punch list items for the Town Office renovation, and the Selectboard authorized final payment of $4,300 to close out the project. The vote to authorize payment passed unanimously.
Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch briefed the board on a State Municipal Energy Revolving Fund (MERF) opportunity: the town can apply for up to $250,000 at 0% interest if the application is submitted before Dec. 31, 2026, for energy-resilience improvements such as heating-system upgrades. The board asked the Town Hall Renovation Committee to return with a dollar figure for potential MERF funding.
