Councilmember Schaefer moved and Councilmember Mackleit seconded approval of all bills and claims; the roll-call vote was unanimous. Finance Director Amanda Link said staff continue to focus on the 2026 budget and noted recent staff training on workplace and driving safety sponsored by the city's insurer.
The council then proceeded to other agenda items, including an extended discussion about a proposed Solbrack street project and department updates on public safety and infrastructure.
