Applicant Jessica Deal wins approval for 35-foot north-side setback variance

After the applicant answered questions from the board about a historical single-wide trailer on the property and the septic, the chair said he had no problem with the request and moved to approve the variance as submitted. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote; the chair said, “Congratulations, it's been approved.”
The applicant thanked the board and said she may be back in a few months to request demolition permits for the barn. The transcript records the board’s approval by voice but does not record individual roll-call votes.
