Staff explained the amendment removes the buyer's option on the Alice parcels and extends the deadline to submit preliminary site plans to the city planning department to Sept. 1, 2027. A motion to approve the amendment was made and passed on a 5–0 roll call. No additional contingencies were recorded in the meeting transcript.
