An associate, who identified himself as Mike Sabrina, said staff and redevelopment contacts (Anne and Juan) had discussed possible options but that no dedicated parking lot was available and a planned developer for an across-street lot had disappeared. Board staff recommended that the speakers attend upcoming Redevelopment Commission meetings and continue coordination with city redevelopment staff while the board monitors the demolition schedule. “We’re still trying to find a solution to the parking,” Marius Bolchis said during public comment.
