The board also authorized publishing a notice to solicit bids for demolition of a RiverNorth property (advertising dates April 9 and April 16, 2026; bid opening April 30, 2026). Inspections staff said notice had been provided by certified and regular mail, publication and posting and that the Unsafe Building Act enforcement authority recommended the actions.
