Summary

Interim City Manager Tim Johnson presented a proposed contract with Strategic Government Resources (SGR) for executive recruitment services in the city manager search. Johnson said the not-to-exceed price for selected services was $24,038 and that additional a la carte services would be extra; he estimated 8—12 viable candidates. He also noted some community outreach work might not need repeating from the prior recruitment.
Councilor Steve Irving moved to approve the contract; Councilor Wes Koklich seconded and the motion passed with Councilor Destiny Jensen recorded as the dissenting vote. The council did not select additional a la carte services at the meeting; staff estimated interviews for finalists could occur in mid-May.
