Councilor John Lyon moved to adopt Resolution No. 2592 to accept the completed Annual Comprehensive Financial Report; Councilor Steve Irving seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Bubar said the ACFR would be posted on the city website and invited councilors to email her with any questions about the report.
