Neodesha approves Civic Center fee waiver for Chamber, Hach services agreement, schedules Crowder Park ribbon cutting

The Board approved two requests from the Neodesha Area Chamber of Commerce related to the chamber's Annual Dinner & Auction scheduled for Sept. 13, 2025: waiving the Civic Center rental fee and donating a one-time Civic Center use as an auction item. Commissioner Banzet moved to waive the fee; Commissioner Truelove moved to donate the one-time use. Both motions were seconded and carried.
Administrator Jones also presented an annual agreement with Hach Services Partnership to ensure chemical supply and equipment maintenance for the year; the commission approved the agreement in an amount not to exceed $8,720. The commission set a Special Call Meeting for a Crowder Park ribbon cutting on Sept. 19, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
