Commissioner Truelove moved to approve Resolution 25-18; Commissioner Banzet seconded and the motion carried. Commissioner Banzet subsequently moved to approve awarding the construction contract to Mitchell Markowitz Construction with the not-to-exceed amount recorded in the minutes; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Truelove and carried.
