Staff responded succinctly: “Oh, for the MND, it should be 73. So typo,” and confirmed the applicant on the application is L M Tulare, LLC, not the alternate LLC name appearing in one exhibit. The staff corrections were made on the public record during the hearing; commissioners pressed for clarity about which figures and names would be corrected in the final transmittal to Council.
