"So for clarity, every 90 days ... you would like me to come before the board again to show the progress," Willis said, and a committee member confirmed the intent that Willis finish within 90 days or request an extension. The board set a status date for June 25, 2026 and approved the agreement.
Staff will provide the applicant a copy of the agreement and track progress; if Willis needs more time he must request an extension before the status date.
