Jackson County awards public improvement contract to Knife River Materials for Beall Lane and Sage Road resurfacing

On July 8, 2026, the Jackson County Board of Commissioners approved Order No. 186-26, awarding a public improvement contract to LTM Inc., doing business as Knife River Materials, to resurface portions of Beall Lane and Sage Road. Senior Deputy County Administrator Joel Benton told the Board the work includes asphalt grinding, paving, pavement markings and other items set out in the project plans and specifications.
Benton said an Invitation to Bid was published on May 6, 2026, in the Daily Journal of Commerce and the Rogue River Press and posted on the County website on May 11, 2026; three bids were received and LTM Inc., dba Knife River Materials, submitted the lowest bid and was recommended for award. Commissioner Colleen Roberts moved to approve the Order; Commissioners Sparacino and Dyer voted aye and the motion passed.
