Members of the Starksboro Planning Commission determined that Section 358 H (open space) is ambiguously worded about whether the 60% set-aside should be calculated from the initial lot size or only from the area being developed; commissioners agreed to work on clarifying language and revisit it at a future meeting.
Separately, the commission briefly discussed DRB appointment language and voted to accept proposed language in Item 81 regarding flood areas. The motion to accept the flood-area language was moved by Dennis Casey, seconded by Dan Nugent, and passed unanimously.
