The Starksboro Planning Commission on May 7 voted to approve bylaw appendices and application checklists and adopted language changes in Section 420. The motion to approve the appendices, checklists and Section 420 was moved by Dan Nugent and seconded by David Schmidt; the commission recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
The commission also approved outstanding minutes from the April 16 meeting. Dan Nugent moved to approve the April 16 minutes, David Schmidt seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting record shows the approvals were among several procedural items completed before the commission addressed substantive bylaw text.
