The Town Board of South Shore approved its monthly financial report and warrants at a meeting on June 8, 2026. President Jamie Dolen called the meeting to order; the May minutes were approved and the financial report showing fund balances was presented by Finance Officer Michelle Zirbel.
The report listed a General Fund balance of $109,428.19, a Water Fund balance of $77,931.04, and a Sewer Fund balance of $121,408.87. The minutes also record an outstanding sewer loan principal balance of $73,101.33. Warrants presented across the General, Water and Sewer funds totaled $19,375.62; notable line items included a $2,431.00 RD USDA loan payment and vendor payments such as First Bank & Trust supplies ($1,985.34) and Menards supplies ($983.94). The board voted to approve the warrants (motion recorded as passed unanimously).
