Lake Arrowhead staff report $5.0M Wastewater-to-Capital transfer and lower debt per connection

General Manager Catherine Cerri reviewed the district's year-end finances for the Executive Committee on Aug. 18, 2025. She said the Wastewater Fund contributed $5,000,000 to the Capital Fund, exceeding the minimum allocation by $2,400,000; the Capital Fund has a current balance of $26,000,000.
Cerri also reported that the debt per service connection declined from $1,246 to $870. The committee did not take a formal vote on additional reallocations during the executive committee meeting; staff indicated the finance report will appear on the upcoming full board agenda for further consideration.
