The Lake Arrowhead Community Services District Executive Committee met Aug. 18, 2025, at 5:05 p.m. and approved the minutes from the July 14 meeting. Vice President Steve Boydston moved to approve the minutes and President John Wurm seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
General Manager Catherine Cerri presented the items for the upcoming board meeting, including a year-end finance review and operations updates. The committee heard that the Wastewater Fund transferred $5,000,000 to the Capital Fund, PFAS testing showed a quarterly PFOA average above 7 parts-per-trillion but below California's 10 ppt limit, and staff planned to bring a Willow Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant water-line replacement contract and a fleet vehicle replacement to the board in the near term. With no further business, the committee adjourned at 5:24 p.m.
