General Manager Catherine Cerri told the Committee that final acceptance of Amtek's portion of the Corporation Yard project (electrical work and site cleanup) will be included on the consent calendar. Staff said they are awaiting a final occupancy certificate from the County, expected later in the week, after resolving minor permit expirations.
The item will be processed as a consent-calendar acceptance once County occupancy certification is received and any outstanding administrative paperwork is closed out. No additional costs or disputes related to Amtek's scope were reported to the Executive Committee.
