The Bernalillo Town Council unanimously approved Resolution 07/20/26 on July 20 to participate in the New Mexico Department of Transportation's Local Government Road Fund (LGRF) program for a FY2027 project with an estimated total cost of $457,800. The minutes record that the Department's share will be $343,350 (75%) and the Town's matching share $114,450 (25%), and that the project may include pavement rehabilitation, drainage improvements, design and right-of-way work under Control No. L300397.
Terri Gray presented the resolution and the Council moved and approved the participation resolution by unanimous roll call.
