Engineering staff reported construction progress on the Phase IV sewer project and said the team is working to add three customers near Sandy's Hardware to the contract, pending environmental clearance and DEP approval. The report noted forthcoming Change Order #3 for additional paving and one or two pay applications related to the AML-Phase I AMD closeout.
Phase V sewer work is on hold. For the Route 20 corridor, staff said a DEP permit modification is being sought before advertising for bids. Engineering also reported that a NEPA environmental assessment for Phase II AMD has been drafted and is in the submission process.
