At the Dec. 1 executive committee meeting, staff noted receipt of an RFP for Year #1 Slip Lining Project #268. Ryan Gross told the Committee that favorable pricing from that RFP may permit adding additional linear feet to the project scope, subject to procurement rules and available funding.
The Committee also discussed administrative action items including election of officers for President and Vice President and designation of representatives to the Arrowhead Lake Association Interface Committee. The minutes record discussion of these governance items but do not document final officer elections; formal elections and designations would follow the district's established procedures at Board or committee meetings as required.
