Board approves consent calendar including 2026 meeting schedule and salary updates

The Board approved the consent calendar without objection, approving several routine governance and personnel items.
Items approved included the Nov. 11 meeting minutes; Resolution No. 2025-06 establishing the District's regular board meeting schedule for 2026; revised 2026 salary schedules for Managers, Supervisors and Confidential Employees (MSCEU) and the Utility Workers Union of America Local 557; and acceptance of Willow Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Watermain Project #248 as complete. Vice President Steve Boydston moved the motion and Director Jacqueline Brown seconded; the roll call vote was recorded as Ambrozic, Boydston, Brown and Wurm voting aye with Director Reynolds absent.
No substantive public comment was received on the consent items. The approvals allow staff to proceed with scheduled administrative and personnel implementations for the coming year.
