The Lake Arrowhead Community Services District Executive Committee met Dec. 1, 2025, at 5:04 p.m. in the Blue Jay Board Room and by teleconference. The Committee unanimously approved the Oct. 20, 2025 Executive Committee meeting minutes; Vice President Steve Boydston moved the approval and President John Wurm seconded.
General Manager Catherine Cerri previewed items slated for the Board consent calendar, including adoption of the 2026 Board meeting schedule and cost-of-living adjustments to salary schedules in the Managers, Supervisors, and Confidential Employees Unit and Utility Workers of America, Local 557 MOUs. The Committee reviewed multiple operational reports and infrastructure items that staff will present to the full Board, including acceptance of the Willow Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Watermain Project #248 as complete.
